Sugarloaf Condo B4 is newly purchased and ready for a fresh start. This condo features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, full kitchen and large living area. Sitting on the base of the mountain, you will wake to the picturesque views while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. Days can be filled with sun bathing at the outside heated pool, hiking the Sleeping Bear Dunes or swimming at Lake Michigan, which is only 2 miles away. Top it off with a sunset hike to the top of the Loaf!
